Miley Cyrus gets her first car – a hand me down Porsche

Teen queen Miley Cyrus has inherited a “hand me down” Porsche from her mother following her 16th birthday.

The Hannah Montana star was given the luxury sports car after turning 16 last month, but wanted a brand new vehicle.

She told US TV show Extra: “I do have a car. I took my mum’s old car. I didn’t get the one I wanted, but I got the old car which wasn’t so bad because it was a Porsche. I suppose it was a pretty good hand me down.”

Miley – who is taking her Bolt co-star John Travolta to the Golden Globes, where she is nominated for two prizes, as her “date” – recently revealed she was attacked by a fruit-wielding assailant while learning to drive.
