According to a report from this week’s Star Magazine, Tish grounded the 15-year-old Hannah Montana sensation in May – and has even forbidden her to use her computer! “Miley is getting too big for her britches and had to be taken down a notch,” says a friend of the family spilled to the weekly entertainment magazine. “And Tish is the only person capable of doing it!
