Raven is stranded at the Tipton, while Zack and Cody prepare a surprise party for Carey. Cody believes that he’s in for a nasty surprise himself when Raven alludes that he might be in danger. Maddie makes a promise to Raven that may be hard for her to keep. Hannah Montana arrives at the hotel & runs into several of her starstruck fans.
