Disney star and Australian actor have parted ways, Hemsworth’s rep confirms.

Miley Cyrus is ending the summer as a single lady. The teen queen has split from her boyfriend Liam Hemsworth after more than a year of dating.

Hemsworth’s PR representative confirmed the “Can’t Be Tamed” singer and her beefy Australian beau have officially called it quits. “It’s true,” the actor’s rep told RadarOnline.com. The news comes after reports that the couple were getting serious. According to Radar, Cyrus recently purchased a $3.4 million house, not far from her parents’ California home, where Hemsworth was a frequent guest.

Hollywood Life has seen the script of the English-language remake of the French hit and reports that Miley’s character loses her virginity, smokes pot, gets wasted and kisses two girlfriends on the lips.

“You’re my daughter,” Demi tells Miley at one point, “And I won’t let you turn into a porn star!”

Demi told MTV News that in real life Miley is “incredibly grounded” and nothing like her character.”

So it’s official Tennessee has passed the Hannah Montana law too!

The law calls on online ticketing brokers to watch for people buying up large blocks of tickets, and for them to pass on the suspicious buyer’s unique IP address to state authorities for further investigation. If caught, users of such software would be subject to a Class B misdemeanor “punishable only by a fine of not more than $5000 or any profits made or tickets acquired in the course of the violation, whichever is greater.”

So it looks like our start that is set to be a Billionaire by the time she is 18 stole some headlines from the most hyped SuperBowl in history where the Giants headed by Eli Manning ended up taking down Tom Brady and the New England Patriots. A mother who helped her daughter fake an essay about her father dying in Iraq to win Hannah Montana concert tickets has denied trying to fool anybody.

“We never said anything like this was a true story. Never. It was just an essay. We do essays all the time. You know, my daughter does essays at school all the time,” Priscilla Ceballos said. “I never lied and said that the essay was a true story.”
