Tennessee passes Hannah Montana law
So it’s official Tennessee has passed the Hannah Montana law too!

The law calls on online ticketing brokers to watch for people buying up large blocks of tickets, and for them to pass on the suspicious buyer’s unique IP address to state authorities for further investigation. If caught, users of such software would be subject to a Class B misdemeanor “punishable only by a fine of not more than $5000 or any profits made or tickets acquired in the course of the violation, whichever is greater.”

So it looks like our start that is set to be a Billionaire by the time she is 18 stole some headlines from the most hyped SuperBowl in history where the Giants headed by Eli Manning ended up taking down Tom Brady and the New England Patriots. Yep, that’s right - the Hannah Montana Movie grossed over $31M in just three days - enough to make any movie goer say - “wow”.

I heard stories of people having to buy the movie tickets up to a week ahead of time just to get a seat - talk about the hype spilling over into the movie theater! Go Miley Go! You are indeed the new queen of teen :)

 Well, The Best of Both Worlds Movie has really taken a jump on Fandango as it made up 30% of ticket sales as of last Thursday.

The “Hannah Montana” film was also the best seller via MovieTickets.com for the first week the tickets went on sale. The executive vice president and general manager at the MovieTickets.com, told the AP the film has sold thousands of tickets every day since it was made available for sale.

A mother who helped her daughter fake an essay about her father dying in Iraq to win Hannah Montana concert tickets has denied trying to fool anybody.

“We never said anything like this was a true story. Never. It was just an essay. We do essays all the time. You know, my daughter does essays at school all the time,” Priscilla Ceballos said. “I never lied and said that the essay was a true story.”
